01. Scope & Purpose

MosGrid Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("MosGrid", "we", "us", or "our") operates as a specialized VLSI engineering consultancy and core semiconductor staffing service based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, processing, transfer, storage, and protection of personal data received from engineering candidates, university students, corporate fabless partners, and website visitors across our digital portals.

02. Information We Collect

When you register through our portal or submit an engineering requirement, we collect:

• Identity & Contact Information: Legal full name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile telephone number, and residential location.
• Professional Qualifications: Resumes/CVs, academic transcripts, work history, CAD/EDA skill competencies, and portfolios (e.g., GitHub, LinkedIn).
• Deployment Preferences: Target domestic design center preferences (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Noida, or Visakhapatnam HQ).
• Technical Inquiry Data: Design project briefs, RFQs, and tape-out support requests submitted via our silicon desk.

03. Resume & Attachment Governance

Candidate resumes uploaded via our Candidate Portal (supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX up to 10MB) are transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections directly into our talent storage vault.

Uploaded documents are solely used by technical recruiters and engineering managers to evaluate eligibility for active physical design, verification, DFT, analog, and embedded opportunities.

04. Silicon IP & Enterprise NDA Protection

Operating within the semiconductor vertical involves handling highly sensitive client intellectual property, including PDK guidelines, netlists, RTL blocks, and floorplans.

• All technical consulting agreements are fortified by bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Client design information is segregated within zero-trust secure engineering environments.
• Candidate background verifications adhere strictly to the confidentiality standards mandated by tier-one fabless partners.

05. Sharing with Domestic Design Centers

We only share candidate evaluation dossiers (resume, verified skill matrices, and technical assessment notes) with vetted partner companies, fabless semiconductor enterprises, and design services houses after obtaining the candidate’s affirmative consent.

06. Candidate Rights & Data Erasure

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework, you possess the right to:

• Request a copy of your stored candidate records and technical profile.
• Request rectification of out-of-date work experience, telephone numbers, or updated resumes.
• Request total deletion and purge of your candidate profile from our talent dispatch queue.
